When the practices of concentration
(dharana), meditation (dhyana), and integration
(samahdi) are concentrated on one object, the state
of Samyama, or deep understanding, is achieved.
This state can be applied to the practice of an
asana or a universal life truth. In this workshop,
we will use the outer practices of yoga (asana,
pranayama, and mantra) to enter the experience Samyama
of our higher self.
