Emily Murray

I am an incredibly relatable and enthusiastic person, and my mission is to teach individuals about their body in a way that is comprehensive and sustainable.

I have a significant amount of experience in the holistic health field, and my goal in nutritional counseling is to reach out to the average person who is seeking positive change in their life.

My greatest sense of success comes from putting others in better touch with the mind/body/soul connection, and I truly believe this can be done by guiding you through a few simple and effective steps.

Emily Murray

I received my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2008 with honors on the Dean’s List, and have been working in the holistic health field since graduating.

I received my training as a Health Counselor from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. I am certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and have obtained Continuing Education Units from Purchase College, State University of New York. During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities. I completed my certification in 2012.

My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
