her journey in yoga in middle school, starting
her practice at her local gym. After an ACL injury
yoga became her source of rehabilitation. Familiar
with different styles, she chose to find her home
in Vinyasa Yoga and is thankful for the ways it
has touched her physically and emotionally. Francesca
received her 200-hour teaching certification and
is currently completing her 500-hour teaching
certification in Prana Flow Yoga where she is
studying closely with Maria Garre and Shiva Rea
within the Samudra School of Living Yoga.
One of Francesca's many passions is bringing yoga
to the community so she created Yoga for Empowerment.
It is a donations-based, non-profit that raises
money for and awareness of family-centered organizations
that promote and support the well-being of all
families, especially those in abuse situations.
teaching playful and inspiring classes full of love,
life, and energizing music. She hopes to inspire her
students to achieve an empowering peace through their
yoga practice that will challenge not only their bodies
but their minds as well. Students will leave class
feeling strengthened emotionally, physically, and
spiritually and sometimes a little tired! Francesca
strives to create a space where people can laugh,
practice, and grow.
Kids (4-6) will enjoy a class filled
with music, yoga asana, and a little bit of story-telling.
They will get bendy, go upside-down, release energy,
and challenge their bodies with this energy releasing
class. Self expression is highly encouraged!
